Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Here are some photos from my family's celebration today.

Nothing like my momma's deviled eggs!

Lil Bubs helping me make chicken and dumplings.

The family Thanksgiving prayer.

 Making Christmas lists for Grandma.

Last week I was able to see Lil Bubs star in his
school musical......he did an amazing job if I do say so myself!

My sis really does great work with her music students.  I am so proud of both of them!

As you all know......Bonnie's mystery starts tomorrow and I am waiting with great excitement for it to start.  I will be doing the mystery in a patriotic color scheme as usual.
It was easy to make it patriotic just by switching the black to navy.

I am so thankful for all of you, my quilting and blogging friends and readers!

Thanksgiving blessings to you all!
Thanks for all of the encouragement!

  1. Happy Thanksgiving Kevin! Have fun with the first clue. I won't be starting the mystery until Sunday at the earliest but with any luck, I'll be in Shipshewana tomorrow and may just have to pick up a few last minute fabrics to add to my mystery stash. So glad you got to spend some time with family this holiday.

  3. Happy Thanksgiving, Kevin! Great family photos! I am doing Alycia's mystery of the veteran quilt instead of Bonnie's. Doing a quilt retreat the next two days so looking forward to make a dent in my many projects.
Thankful for your enthusiasm and giving to the vets!

  7. To see the six pack your layer of excess fat along with it. Folks feel that people who have ripped bodies failed to need to work with it simply because "it's in their genes". Nicely, that is certainly just an Power Precision excuse that a lot of people make since they don't can do what can be done for getting these your ripped bodies that they appreciate. Almost all of them.

  8. It may be my imagination, but I detect a bit of laughter at the time of the Thanksgiving prayer. Our family generally weeps a bit at the genuine prayer before someone makes a wise crack. Looks like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Hope all is well.

  9. Sounds like you had a nice Thanksgiving holiday. We traveled to visit family for the week and enjoyed ourselves, too! Hope you didn't get too much ice in that last storm. Regarding Allietare, now you have me thinking about switching out my blacks for blue, too! Sandy at sewhigh.blogspot.com
