Getting out of that shell was quite the exhausting adventure for that little one...hard not to want to help it out but it needs to do it on its own. Keep the pictures of your new harem coming!!

You know the process. Thanks for being patient and smart enough to get the video right. Can't wait to see all the fluffy fun. Hoping you have a great hatch percent!

ReplyDeleteOh this is just TOO funny!! I guess I'd pass you a cigar if we were nearby!!
ReplyDeleteCONGRATS~
It's so cute. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your chicks. They don't stay little long.
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool. Thanks for sharing. Our neighbor raised chickens, they'll eat all the bugs in the yard, they said they don't even hear crickets anymore.
ReplyDeleteKevin, you always crack me up! It is so neat that you find fun in things other people dismiss, like chickens and scraps. A bags of good quality scraps always gets my mental juices going.
ReplyDeleteBe still my heart! There is nothing sweeter than the gift of life. Great job Papa! Have fun with your new family.
ReplyDeleteThey sure aren't promising looking at first! You have to have faith that they will soon be bundles of adorableness. What kind is this little black one?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! Soooo sweet. Hope all is going well in the nursery. Looking forward to hearing more about the Scrap Club too.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations Chick Daddy! I bet that baby chick will keep you on your toes!
ReplyDeleteHey chicken daddy! Congrats! Cigars for everyone!
ReplyDeleteHope you will still have time for quilting with all the newborn responsibilities you have now :)
