AQS Paducah Quilt Show Part 2........

OK guys and gals!  Here it is........the photos you all have been waiting to see!  I will take you through the photos as I went through the show.  I will do my best to give credit to the artist, and give the name of the quilt.  PLEASE share this post with your friends that may not have been able to attend the show.  Make sure to comment at the end and share with us your favorite quilt!  Enjoy the show!  (My apologies for some of the photos being sideways, and or minimally out of focus.  The miniature quilts were behind glass and there was no way to get the lighting out of the shots.)

I realize I am missing some categories, but, I have to be honest, I was completely overwhelmed by the quality and beauty of the quilts in the show.  I did get the majority of the winners for you all to see though.  And, just so everyone knows, there was no signage about no photos being taken.  I don't want to break the law, or step on any one's toes! LOL  I hope you enjoyed the photos, and I can't wait to share with you some projects I have been working on.  Stay tuned for those next time!

As always,
Thanks for all of the encouragement!

  15. Hi Kevin, I just finished looking at all the quilt pictures that you took. They are wonderful. The quilt you made for QOV was very nice. You do a great job. I am a new quilter too but not that good yet and have only finished 5. I have 2 here that I think I need to get a long arm person to finish for me since they are both king size quilts. I should of started on smaller ones first lol But I also have about 4 small ones that need to be finished (just quilted). Now that I think about it, it may be more than that lol. I love doing the piecing but am scared to do the quilting. I did take one class so far and loved doing it but we did just a little one and that was easy lol.. I hope I get as good as you have done some day. Mine all the points still don't match up perfect yet. My e-mail is judylovetoquilt@gmail.com.
